Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Orders placed after 12pm PT may begin processing the next business day.

Standard shipping is a flat $4.95 and is FREE on all orders over $50.

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within the United States after dispatch. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

We currently ship to select countries including Canada, the UK, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and much of the EU. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees levied by the destination country.

Every order ships with tracking. Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at support@vimacosmetics.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
