Returns & Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery — even if the product has been opened and tried. We want you to love it.

Email support@vimacosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns must be registered to your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days at support@vimacosmetics.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
